I will gladly accept returns of unopened or unused product. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship item(s) back within 14 days of delivery. We do not support exchanges at this time. I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns/refunds are not accepted/given on sale products. This includes purchases where a discount code was used.
All returns will be sent back to original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We must receive your product in hand before issuing a refund. The customer is responsible for writing the correct address on returns.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns/refunds.
Please email us or fill out the contact form to begin the return/refund process. Please state the reason for your return and include your order number. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once your item is received, we will get in contact with you and your refund will be issued.
